Cansult Maunsell was retained by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammed Al-Qasimi to design a new training facility for its police force.
The master plan incorporates 10 major buildings with a total area of approximately 25,000m2. In addition to the learning and accommodation functions, the complex will include a modern shooting gallery, sport facilities, conference hall and a parade court for day and night events.
The total estimated construction cost was US$16 million.
